Aerodrome Hotel

The Aerodrome Hotel in Croydon Surrey has changed. Soon to come to the end of a four million pound refurbishment programme, exciting new developments at the hotel include a new lift in the glass atrium and the addition of 24 deluxe bedrooms and Suites. These all offer luxurious comfort and state-of-the art facilities, including 32” interactive LCD TV’s with high-speed Internet access. All bedrooms in the hotel now boast this fantastic TV system, which offers a new level of communications for guests and most rooms are now fully air conditioned. As well as refurbishment throughout, a superb level of customer care ensures that a stay at the Aerodrome.

Weddings

The Aerodrome Hotel in Croydon offers a unique and historic wedding venue for your special day. We have a choice of superb reception rooms, each with their own exclusive bar, providing the perfect setting for your wedding reception. The hotel is also licensed to hold the civil ceremony so you can hold your whole event in one place if you are also having a civil wedding.We can also look after any friends and relations who would like to stay with us, providing specially reduced accommodation rates at the hotel. Our secluded garden or our patios are available for your wedding photographs and you may avail yourself of our silver cake stand and knife, and the services of our Duty Manager as toastmaster on the day.

We can cater for weddings of all sizes, but if you are having a minimum of fifty guests in total, you may like to look at our Wedding Package, which offers a number of further benefits.

Wedding Package

The wedding package is there to help you and ensures that many of the elements needed to put your day together are included. It is based on a minimum number of 80 in the Amy Johnson Suite, 70 in the Dakota Suite and 50 people in the Flight Deck Suite, and having a three-course Wedding Breakfast with teas and coffees, a Drink's Package & an Evening Buffet.

Banqueting

The Aerodrome Hotel has had a long tradition of hosting some of the best parties in town. Whether it's a private dinner party or a dinner dance, a themed party or a disco, we can provide the perfect room for the occasion.

The hotel has 5 self-contained banqueting rooms. The Amy Johnson Suite opens out onto the hotel's secluded garden and has recently been beautifully refurbished, and the newly built Dakota and Hurricane suites have their own terraces. All are fully air-conditioned and have their own bars.

Accommodation

Each of the Aerodrome Hotel’s 110 bedrooms has been designed with convenience and comfort in mind. All bedrooms are equipped with en-suite facilities, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press, hairdryer, and mini-bar.

The rooms also have the latest interactive plasma screen TVs with a choice of movies available in several languages, and a selection of music, sport, games and radio channels.
