Aston Hall

Built in 1772 and steeped in history, Aston Hall Hotel has been lovingly restored and updated with a cool, contemporary design which is high in style but has kept all the original features very much intact to become the luxury hotel in Sheffield. Surrounded by 55 acres of gardens and meadowland, the setting is stunning and makes a luxury, urban retreat.

There are 52 super stylish bedrooms and suites, the ever popular Zagato Restaurant and the delectable Volante Bar and Lounge. Aston Hall is located outside Sheffield, only minutes from junction 31 of the M1 and right on the doorstep of the beautiful Peak District.

Aston Hall facilities include a luxury house in the grounds containing six suites, which is available for exclusive use. There is also a” State of the Art Gym ” and various outdoor corporate activities can be pre booked for conferences.

Weddings

We are one of the most sought-after wedding venues in Sheffield and South Yorkshire, and rightly so. Your special day is one you will remember for many years to come and so we want your Aston Hall wedding to be perfect as you do.

Our spectacular gardens offer limitless opportunities for photographs throughout the beautifully landscaped grounds – a favourite spot is the old stone bench under the ancient oak tree in the gardens. Our grand staircase and stunning bay window overlooking the gardens is also picture perfect.

Although, Aston Hall is an approved venue for civil wedding and partnership ceremonies there is also the opportunity to combine the luxury of Aston Hall and the beauty of the 17th century country church which is connected to Aston Hall via a garden gate.

We can offer everything from intimate wedding groups in the Vanquish room, to large and sumptuous celebrations in our Lagonda room. You will enjoy a complimentary night in one of our luxury suites, courtesy of Aston Hall, dependent on our minimum guest numbers.

Marquee

Aston Hall has a new addition to their already superb wedding facilities. An elegant marquee now stands within the 55 acres of meadowlands and landscaped grounds. As a fully heated space, the carpeted marquee has plenty of natural daylight and a private terrace with views of the grounds. The marquee also includes a bar and walkway to the hotel. The new space provides an alternative wedding venue with lots of flexibility.

Bedrooms

There are 52 luxury bedrooms to choose from at Aston Hall, Sheffield.

This comprises of 17 individually designed bedrooms in the Main House, 29 further luxury bedrooms in the West Wing and 6 to choose from in Darcy House.

This includes 3 luxury Penthouses and 4 bedrooms specially adapted for guests with limited mobility.

Restaurant

The Zagato Restaurant and Grill is modern and welcoming with a focus on luxury and style.It is a split level contemporary space with original art on the walls.

We are serious about our food at Aston Hall Hotel, which is typically modern English with a delicious contemporary twist. The menus frequently change to reflect our use of fresh, seasonal, local produce and where possible, we like to go organic. The wine list is extensive with a wonderfully varied choice to suit all taste buds.
