Weddings

The Best Western Grosvenor Hotel is the perfect wedding venue, located in the centre of the beautiful and historic Shakespearean town of Stratford upon Avon.

Attention to detail and a personalised approach is crucial. We will endeavour to tailor your Wedding Day to your wishes and take care of all the details that mean so much.

From the time your booking is placed, our dedicated team will assist your preparations and ensure that every detail is taken care of. On the day, our team will be on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

All of our licensed civil ceremony room and our banqueting rooms are air conditioned and can be laid out to a plan to suit your needs. We will be happy to hold a date for you on a provisional basis for 14 days.

Civil ceremonies

The Best Western Grosvenor is licensed to hold Civil Wedding Ceremonies and can offer the complete package for hosting your wedding.

The room hire charge (payable to the hotel) is dependent on the room booked, the day of the week and whether you are having the reception at the hotel.

Evening receptions

Every Wedding is a unique experience, catered to suit the taste, needs and budget of each Bride and Groom.

Our extensive banqueting suites can cater for up to 120 people, which enables us to offer a choice of beautiful rooms for your special day.

Our experience staff can help and advise you throughout your planning, from recommending entertainment, a band or a disco, to arranging flowers and photographers.
