Weddings

With plenty of space and a beautiful setting in which to capture those perfect wedding day photographs, they’ll make sure you remember your day in the most specular way possible. Acres of beautiful Cornish countryside provide many stunning, tucked away spots that allow you to get that magical shot – they’ll even provide golf buggies to help you reach those hard to find yet beautiful places

Ceremonies

At China Fleet, there is a fantastic choice of licensed rooms in which you can hold your civil ceremony or partnership, and they always make sure they find the best setting to suit the style of your wedding.

They welcome same-sex couples who wish to make a unique bond with one another other through a civil partnership and will be delighted to assist in the planning of your special day.

The cost of your civil ceremony or partnership will include welcoming and ushering your guests on arrival, providing fresh flowers to match your colour scheme and church candles to create a peaceful, romantic mood. We’ll also play your choice of music at any point in the ceremony so the atmosphere created truly reflects you as a couple.

Their wedding team ensure that your chosen room for your wedding reception will look even better than you would ever have hoped. With colour options, table layouts and much more to suit your requirements, they really do deliver the perfect reception.

Catering

Their menu packages offer a wide selection of options and our chefs are always happy to discuss a bespoke package just for you. Once you have arrived with the red carpet waiting, you will not have to worry about a thing; their weddings team are as passionate about your day as you are. Their reception suites are adaptable to suit your exact requirements and offer many choices of table plans and configurations with lighting arrangements to create any mood. Their dedicated team are always delighted to help in as many aspects of your day as you wish and can help with cakes, flowers, cars, photographers and entertainment options.

Wedding Food

From simple and understated to luxury and lavish, our Head Chef has created a selection of wedding menus which use quality local produce of the highest standard and set off your big day perfectly.

Their food is prepared in a way that allows the natural flavours to speak for themselves, with expert presentation creating a feast for the eyes. As part of the service, the bride and groom are invited to visit before the event for a complimentary food tasting session, so that the essential menu decisions can be made.

Whilst they’ve created menus and packages as a starting point, our inspired chefs are always happy to tailor menus and dishes to suit individual tastes and requirements. Once the main menu has been chosen, extra items such as canapés, amuse-bouche, sorbet courses or cheese plates can also be added to the menu.

As well as the all-important wedding breakfast, there are also many delicious options available for evening receptions, pre or post wedding dinners and private drinks receptions.

Hair, Make Up and Pamper

The stress of a wedding can often leave you feeling anxious and tense, so they do their very best to make sure you are feeling relaxed and looking gorgeous in time for the big day. At The Barn, their on-site hair, beauty and well-being centre, they offer a variety of treatments – from manicures and pedicures to massages and facials – that will help you feel and look refreshed, revitalised and radiant.

Bridal Hair and Make-Up

For most blushing brides, an essential part of their confidence comes from their wedding hair and make-up being perfect. Their beauty team will happily discuss with you the precise look you want to achieve, and make sure it’s just right in time for your special day. They can also provide make-up and hair styling for bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom and any other family members or friends who would like to look their best

Accommodation

China Fleet has 40 individual apartments, each designed to provide comfort and flexibility for you and your guests around your special day. With their one-bedroom Tamar apartments perfect for couples and small families, and a variety of larger apartments ideal for families and small groups, there is no shortage of suitable accommodation.

Their cottages have been designed with a flexible layout, perfect for a pre-wedding ‘girls’ night in’ or ‘mini stag party’ get together with your closest family and friends to begin the celebrations. What's more, to complete the experience, you and any of your guests staying with them can enjoy full use of our leisure and relaxation facilities free of charge throughout your stay.

As part of your wedding booking, China Fleet will provide you and your new spouse with a complimentary bed & breakfast stay in our luxury Rosewood Room to spend your first night together as a married couple. Preferential bed & breakfast rates for all guests staying as part of the wedding celebrations are also available with a special two-night rate if guests are looking to extend their festivities.

A honeymoon option is available if you’d like to extend your wedding break beyond the special day itself. They’ll be happy to arrange your bespoke stay with you, which could includespatreatments,golf, breakfast in bed and champagne.
