Our chef, Jeff Cadden, is a master of all things unpretentious, wholesome and home cooked. Jeff abhors the fact that hotel cooking has such a bad name in the UK and his menus illustrate this. He is also a firm believer in value for money and this is reflected in the price of the food.

We have a very loyal local following in Castle Donington and its surrounding villages, so please avoid disappointment by booking ahead.
