Celebrations at Greetham Valley

Our beautiful rural location in Rutland, England’s smallest county in the heart of England, is so easily accessed, being just one mile from the A1.

We can host any type of event, from weddings to birthday celebrations, corporate days to product launches, award ceremonies to training sessions – all tailored to suit your needs.

Our team of chefs excel at catering for large events and will happily discuss your exact requirements with you, whether you are planning a wedding, a 40th birthday party, a Golden Wedding celebration or a disco for your 21st. You can invite over 200 guests to celebrate with you in beautiful surroundings in the Rutland Suite. For smaller parties or more intimate occasions we can also seat up to 80 diners in our Lake View Suite and up to 50 in the Valley Restaurant. All enjoy superb views over the courses, lakes and valley.

Weddings

We can accommodate up to 220 guests in the Rutland Suite - our glorious banqueting room overlooking the valley and lakes of the golf courses. If your plans include a more intimate reception – we can do that too! Our Lakeview Suite and Valley Restaurant are ideal for smaller parties.

Our Chefs pride themselves on their tempting menus and are happy to discuss your plans with you - perhaps tasty platters of canapés on arrival, followed by a full sit-down wedding breakfast then a delicious buffet for your evening guests. Sample menus are available on request.

We can also provide you with other essential services as required. We can help arrange:

• Florists, Photographers, Videographers, Music, Balloons,
• Table decorations, Transport and a Wedding cake.
• We are also licensed for civil wedding ceremonies.

Your guests will appreciate the opportunity of staying overnight in our en-suite 3 stars Hotel if any of them have travelled from afar – or if they simply want to enjoy themselves to the full and don’t want to drive home. Some may even wish to make a long weekend of it and perhaps stay in one of our lovely new 4 stars Lodges for a short break.
