Built in 1870 as a summer house, Rowhill Grange is a Victorian property, rich with the natural beauty, charm and character of 19th Century England and well equipped with all the modern luxuries to make your day truly memorable. The Manor House hotel is nestled in 15 acres of private grounds in the glorious Kent countryside, providing a beautiful backdrop for your wedding photos.

Guests are greeted by a long sweeping entrance taking in the Victorian walled garden, private woodlands and manicured lawns.

The Bride, Groom, families and guests can choose to stay in boutique accommodation, making good use of all Utopia Spa facilities and our 3AA Rosette restaurants.

Our executive chef and his team take pride in selecting only the finest produce and ingredients to use in the menus at 3AA Rosette award-winning restaurant Truffles, and our more relaxed dining experience, Elements restaurant, Lounge and Bar.

For private dining, functions and events, our restaurants and private dining rooms can cater to group celebrations from 6 to 150 people.
