The Deanwater Hotel

In the natural beauty of the Cheshire countryside beside the River Dean lies the Deanwater hotel. Originally a hunting lodge, the hotel is steeped in history with some parts dating back to the sixteenth century but it has been lovingly and tastefully extended, whilst retaining many original features, to offer all of the facilities required of a modern hotel in a convenient location.

We are privately owned and managed for over 38 years by the same devoted family. We pride ourselves in maintaining a relaxed, friendly and unique atmosphere and tailoring our services to suit your every need, a place where a warm welcome goes hand in hand with excellent service. Private woodland and immaculately manicured sweeping gardens provide guests with a peaceful country retreat.

However long you are with us our aim is to make sure your visit is an enjoyable,memorable and special one.

Weddings

The Deanwater is the perfect venue for your special day. Each wedding is tailor-made with attention to detail being paramount. Our aim is to deliver a seamless experience, personal to you and we will ensure you, along with your guests have a wonderful lasting memory.

Our two larger suites, the Balmoral and the Gold, are both elegantly decorated with access to the beautifully manicured gardens, providing ideal surroundings for your photographs.

We can accommodate from 10 to 300 guests, dependent on you catering requirements and as a licensed wedding venue, the Deanwater is also able to offer the option of a Civil Marriage Ceremony.

Accommodation

The Deanwater has a complex of 41 en-suite bedrooms all stylishly furnished and finished with those little extras to make your stay with us a special one. From singles and twins to doubles, whatever your requirements the Deanwater can provide you with the perfect accommodation for your stay.

Facilities in each room include and en-suite bathroom, flat screen television with freeview channels, direct dial telephone, high speed internet connection , tea & coffee, an iron & board and a hairdryer.
