Nestling in the heart of rural Staffordshire, the grade 2 listed manor house has grown from a village pub and restaurant into an independent, award-winning hotel and restaurant without losing any of its unique charm or personality.
The family owned hotel now offers 41 excellently appointed bedrooms, conference and banqueting facilities that can accommodate from 2 up to 200 people plus a warm, friendly welcome.

As an approved venue for civil ceremonies or civil partnerships, The Moat House can host every part of your special day from the ceremony and wedding breakfast to the evening reception, be it a small intimate wedding or a lavish grand affair. Our beautiful grounds even provide a wonderful backdrop for those all important photographs.
