Weddings

Craflwyn is the perfect venue for a wedding. It provides a stunning but informal backdrop to the most important day of your life. You can have your ceremony here or hire it just for the reception. Your guests can stay on site and you are guaranteed privacy as you will have exclusive use of the Hall.

There are wonderful opportunities for photographs both in the Hall and in the surrounding parkland. In Summer your guests can enjoy drinks on the veranda, soaking up the beautiful views of the Nantgwynant valley. In Winter they can settle in front of one of the many log fires.

We can provide details of a variety of caterers who can do everything from hog roasts to five-course dinners. Alternatively you can bring your own caterers or get family and friends to lend a hand.

Accommodation

The Craflwyn Centre provides a range of accommodation designed for maximum flexibility. You can choose to stay in the hall, which was the former Victorian hunting lodge ; or the bunkhouse; or a combination of the two.

Whichever part of the estate you are staying in, you can enjoy the stunning location at the foot of Snowdon and explore the ancient natural woodland.

The nearby village of Beddgelert is surrounded by mountains and is a focal point for low level and mountain walks. A wide range of attractions are also available on the doorstep, to suit every taste: beaches, historic houses, gardens, archaeological and geological sites and much, much more. Our staff will always be happy to point you in the right direction.
