Elegance
The Swan at Hay is the perfect setting for a wedding. With Georgian elegance, romantic gardens and an excellent, experienced front of house team and kitchen, we work closely with you to ensure that you have a wonderful day.
Weddings
Licenced for civil ceremonies, we can accommodate up to 80 people in The Garden Room, overlooking our beautiful walled garden, while The Coach House Suite can accommodate up to 120 guests for the wedding breakfast.
Intimate Wedding
If your wedding is a more intimate affair, then you may wish to use The Garden Room for a wedding breakfast for up to 50 guests. With the ceremony complete, the gardens provide a perfect backdrop for photographs and a drinks reception.
Facilities
The Swan at Hay is also a great location for an evening party, with its dance floor, well-stocked bar and access to the garden. With 17 en-suite bedrooms, guests can also stay overnight. Why look anywhere else?

Form of payment: We request a £500v deposit at the time of booking. This secures all the function rooms, lounge, garden and accommodation. Full balance is due 4 weeks before the event. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card. All payments must have cleared 4 weeks before the wedding date.
