The grounds include a one-of-a-kind temple garden and a Doric-styled screen based on the lovely temples of ancient Greece -the perfect backdrop for those important wedding photographs.
The White Drawing Room -a great space for evening functions and speeches too, with a stunning moulded ceiling and a graceful marble fire place- and the Blue Drawing Room have a license for weddings and civil partnerships.
The Red Dining Room is the best choice for wedding breakfasts and evening events. Moreover, the Dance Hall, situated at the back of the building, is suitable for evening receptions for up to 200 guests, or 120 people for a sit-down meal.
They have arranged agreements with many local wedding suppliers, so that at Bishton Hall both of you can personalise your wedding according to your requirements, making sure your big day is special, with as much or as little help you might need from their skilled team.
Bishton is first cited in the Domesday Book, a review of the properties of England created for William I back in 1096. The house was built around 1750, with its East wing added in Victorian times.
