Weddings at Bramall Hall

Bramall Hall is a beautiful venue for both your ceremony and/or reception and we have celebration options whatever day of the week or time of day you wish to get married.

Our experienced co-ordinators will tailor your marriage to your specific wishes. The magnificent Tudor Great Hall is licensed for Civil Marriages and can accommodate up to 75 guests.

Bramall Hall offers you exclusivity for your wedding - therefore you will be the only wedding at this venue.

Ceremony only, weekday £525 facility fee (increasing to £530 from 1st April 2012).
Ceremony only, Saturday and Sunday, £935 facility fee (increasing to £950 from 1st April 2012).

Civil Ceremony, Wedding Breakfast £1250 facility fee (increasing to £1350 from 1st April).

Drinks Reception, Wedding Breakfast & Reception £1250 facility fee (increasing to £1650 from 1st April 2012).

Wedding Ceremony, Wedding Breakfast & Reception £1850 facility fee (increasing to £1950 from 1st April 2012)

Prices subject to increase 1st April 2014.

Additional touches for your special day:

• Exclusive hire of the Hall, and extensive use of the parkland for wedding photos
• Include the opportunity for wedding guests to view the magnificent Hall
• Flower arrangements included in the booking (ceremony only)

The Civil Marriage Ceremony

The civil marriage ceremony can be formal or traditional. You can choose to enhance your ceremony with music, poetry or readings (non-religious).

The ceremony will take place in the impressive surroundings of the Great Hall. You are welcome to invite up to 75 guests to share your special day.

Ceremonies can be booked on any Saturday and at other times by special arrangement.

Times: Ceremonies can take place at the following times,
11.30am and 4.15pm (dependent on the day of the week)

The Registrar

All arrangements for the ceremony itself are made directly between the couple to be married and the Registrar, who will deal with all the legalities of the marriage. Any readings or music requested must be agreed in advance and be of a non-religious content.

Your Reception

What better setting could you choose for your wedding reception than one of England's most romantic and magical manor houses. Each wedding reception is specially tailored to your own requirements and ideas by our experienced management team.

You will have exclusive use of Bramall Hall and we will arrange for one of our Guides to show your guests around the House.

We can arrange a champagne reception on arrival and your guests can enjoy strolling through the beautiful rooms whilst you are having your photographs taken in the Hall and Grounds.

Dining in historic surroundings

We can seat up to 60 people for a full Reception in the Grand Banqueting Room.

For those more intimate celebrations for up to 30 people there is the added option of dining seated around the magnificent Pugin banqueting table.

After the reception meal for those who wish to have further celebrations, the Great Hall provides an
excellent venue for live music and dancing or other suitable entertainment.

Caterers

Each of our Caterers have a first class reputation and have provided an excellent selection of exciting menus for you to choose from. Special menus present no problem however and you will find help and advice available in tailoring your own menu.

Drinks

We have an excellent wine list and are able to provide a public bar for evening entertainment.

Marquees

For the larger function, Bramall Hall provides the perfect backdrop for those individually designed marquee functions and wedding receptions for up to 380 guests.

The south front croquet lawn provides the location for the marquee and with its view over the parkland, a wonderful setting for your special day.

The marquees are of gold star quality with elegance second to none. They are designed to your specific requirements and help is available from the professionals with innovative and elegant designs and themes for the interior.

These luxury marquees have the following features:

• concealed uplighters and crystal chandelier lighting
• option of colour, co-ordinating the carpets, gilt chairs and wall lining
• connecting awning to the Hall with covered walkway
• design of the interior layout to your own requirements
• wooden parquet dance floor
