Creeksea Place is an ideal venue to hold your special event. The majestic 16th century venue utilised in the BBC’s adaptation of ‘Great Expectations’ plays host to a luxurious marquee and sits on the precipice of a picturesque lawn and natural lake.

Creeksea Place Weddings

The historical beauty of the Tudor mansion with its lawns and lake will provide a unique and exquisite setting for your special day. Creeksea Place is exclusively yours. Civil ceremonies can be performed in any of our three licensed settings including the magnificent walled garden. Reception drinks can be served in the walled garden or on the lawn with magical views of the manor house, Victorian bridge and lake.

Traditionally, the Wedding Breakfast and evening reception are held in our beautiful silk lined marquee with breathtaking views of the manor’s striking façade that will captivate both you and your guests. After sunset, the glorious buildings and grounds are illuminated with spotlights, candles and burning torches. A personal visit is truly the only way to experience the majestic wonder of the surroundings, and we would be delighted to meet with you to discuss your plans.

Catering

The creativity of our chefs in second-to-none and we aim to source produce locally. Our range of menus will cater for an afternoon garden party through to a spectacular wedding breakfast in our luxurious marquee. Our experienced event managers are on hand to check that every detail of your day is perfect, and we always work enthusiastically with you to ensure your event is unique; albeit a wedding, christening or birthday celebration.

Corporate Events

Creeksea Place would make a perfect location away from the busy office environment for a special corporate luncheon, team-bonding activities or an evening celebration.

The sought after 16th Century Panel Room provides a distinctive, relaxed atmosphere for high profile meetings, important corporate occasions and special celebration whilst our top of the range marquee can accommodate a large seminar, conference or convention.

Team building activities can be held in the grounds of Creeksea Place whilst horse riding, golf and sailing can be organised very close by in the surrounding area.
