Glemham Hall is an elegant, red brick Elizabethan mansion built in circa 1560, surrounded by 300 acres of glorious Suffolk parkland. Glemham Hall is situated off the A12 between Woodbridge and Saxmundham in Suffolk.
Suffolk Wedding Venue
As one of Suffolk's leading Wedding venues, Glemham Hall is available to you exclusively for your perfect country wedding. Licensed for up to 100 guests, Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships take place in the very elegant Grand Hall. Afterwards your guests are able to wander around the romantic Rose Gardens while they enjoy a refreshing glass of champagne.
Smaller Weddings
Glemham Hall can also offer beautiful Afternoon Tea Weddings. Served on original vintage china in the very beautiful Drawing Room, your guests can make their way from the Ceremony in the Grand Hall to sit down to a scrumptious spread of petite sandwiches, scones, pastries and pretty cakes. Suitable for smaller weddings of up to 50 guests, or midweek weddings for those on a smaller budget.
Glemham Hall Wedding
Our beautiful Marquee is situated in the gardens and can seat a maximum of 160 people for dinner. It allows you the flexibility for selecting from our list of 3 preferred caterers, all highly recommended.
A dedicated wedding co-ordinator will offer you as much help as you need leading up to and on your wedding day, to ensure your guests are very well looked after and that your Wedding Day runs smoothly.
Accommodation
New for 2011, less than a minutes' drive from Glemham Hall we now have 5 luxurious self-catering cottages arranged around a courtyard with barbeque and beautiful views. Converted from farm stables, cottages can sleep up to 26 in total.
We can also recommend a wealth of extremely good accommodation in the local area. Treat your guests to a real taste of Suffolk with an overnight stay by the sea in Aldeburgh & Thorpeness or in the pretty market town of Woodbridge.
