The Hall is unique in its adaptability as an all purpose conference and event venue. Our facilities create an atmosphere conducive for business, yet they are far from the average "meeting or conference room". Our facilities and service adapt to your event, providing much more than just the standard meeting facilities that organisers have come to expect.
Weddings
We offer a full and varied wedding package at Gosforth Civic Hall. The package includes everything from the flowers for each table to the sparkling wine for the toast and there is a wide range of wedding menus to choose from.
Our reception foyer is perfect for the drinks receptions on arrival, and the main hall can accommodate up to 140 people on round tables for the wedding reception. For your evening reception, the hall can accommodate 200 people, allowing your wedding buffet to be served within the room and plenty of space for a dance floor.
