Located in the heart of Lichfield, Erasmus Darwin House is an elegant Grade 1 listed Georgian town-house which provides a unique and intimate venue for the smaller civil wedding ceremony and reception. With its own authentic Georgian Herb Garden the house can provide a unique setting for photographs.

We aim to make your special day as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Erasmus Darwin House is a beautiful and unique venue for your wedding ceremony and for your reception.
There are four rooms licensed for civil weddings seven days a week. We can accommodate up to 36 people for a wedding ceremony.
A sit-down reception is limited to a maximum of 30, or 40-65 for a buffet depending on your arrangements.
Please note - the House maximum is 65 people.
