At The Mallard Suite, we understand the need for absolute perfection, and that's why we believe we offer one of London's top wedding venues.
With a reception capacity of up to 480, and the suite itself licensed for 80 guests, we provide a picture-perfect London wedding venue for both informal and formal wedding ceremonies.
Set alongside the River Fray, The Mallard Suite is situated in the grounds of Q Vardis Riverside, with lush green gardens and a tranquil atmosphere that can feel like a world away from the hustle and bustle of London. Wedding Venues on a par with The Mallard Suite are rare, because we take every aspect of your wedding day to the next level, going above and beyond what you would expect.
At our fabulous London wedding venue we can do as little or as much as you like - from an intimate ceremony for a few guests with a buffet, up to our full Platinum package for the bride and groom with busy lives. With this package almost all you need to do is turn up - we will take care of everything, from the limousine arrival and flowers to the wedding cake, live entertainment and even a week in a luxury apartment in Cyprus!
You can see why we're an exceptional example ofwedding venues in London- with the added advantage of easy access from Heathrow, and the rail and road networks too.
We offer fantastic wedding menus and mouth-watering buffets as part of our service, and all the little finishing touches that you won't find at many of the other wedding venues in London.

What is included in the menu? All our weddings get a choice of menu for all their guests which consists of four starters, 4 mains & 4 desserts which is to be pre-ordered, kids have a separate menu, our prices range from £22 to £40 p/person depending on the day of the wedding.

What is the charge for not reaching the minimum? We tailor make all our packages to suit all individual requirements.

What kind of cuisine do you offer? Traditional, Regional, Other (We offer modern english food, which is all prepared from fresh ingredients, no microwave meals. If your wedding wants different culture food then speak to Nick you will be allowed to do a dry hire of the venue (Food only) )

Form of payment: On booking the date of your choice a £500 deposit is to be paid by cheque, card or cash, 14 weeks before your event then half the balance will be due with full monies paid 2 weeks before.
