The Dumb Bell

Situated in Hornhill about a mile from the village of Chalfont St Peter and around the same from Maple Cross and the M25 sits the Dumb Bell, a quintessential "roses around the door" traditional country pub. This gem is a local, lively, friendly favourite popular with families, students, real ale enthusiasts and diners. There is a roasting log fire when chilly, good parking, and a huge garden and quiet patio area with great views across the valley.

And with over 30 years experience of wedding arranging we know that preparing for a wedding can be very stressful. We can help to take the worry out of your wedding preparations by using our expertise to co-ordinate every aspect of your wedding reception, ensuring a perfect and memorable day.

Because we are only a small country pub we are only able to seat a limited number in our restaurant and so we offer 3 inclusive packages for 50 guests.

For larger numbers our garden is a perfect area to erect a marquee. For something completely different we are able to offer a Hog Roast.

Beautiful wedding cakes at sensible prices are our speciality and we are also able to offer balloon decorations.
