The heritage behind NYK derived from my own experience exploring the high street in search of perfect glamorous accessories for my own wedding day. The longer I searched, the more evident it became of there being a huge gap in the market place for 'brides to be'.

I have worked within the wedding accessories industry for 10 years, supplying many of the multiple retail stores. Due to this I became very aware when seeking to locate the perfect accessories for my big day.

Whilst searching for the perfect products, I always had exclusivity and glamour in mind and used many friends’ weddings as an opportunity to research all accessories on display. I short listed the styles that really caught my eye and with every wedding and every day that passed my hunt would continue, until I began to create a beautiful collection that I would be proud to wear and sell under the brand NYK wedding.
