Is there a minimum number of guests required to contract a menu? Yes

What is the charge for not reaching the minimum? 50 covers

What is included in the menu? All prices include VAT, waitress service, crockery & cutlery.

What kind of cuisine do you offer? Seasonal, Traditional, Regional, Haute cuisine, International, Fusion, Other (Menus can be tailored to suit your tastes.)

Do you offer special menus? Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free, Other (Food allergies and Special diets are not a problem as long as we know in advance.)

Do you cook in the same location as the banquet? Yes

Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu? Yes

Do you also offer a wedding cake? No

Can I bring my own wedding cake? Is there a surcharge? We can provide a cake stand and knife and cut the cake for you at no extra charge.

How does the open bar work? Pay per drink, General fixed amount without time limit

Form of payment: Three options: Option 1 Normal pay bay , no set up fees, guests pay for their drinks. Option 2 Pre paid bar, an amount is pre paid allowing guests free drinks until the pre paid amount is used, bar will then revert to option 1. Option 3 Unlimited free bar, a set fee is charged per head for all drinks , this option is available only with our catering package or marquee package.
