A.T Harper Event Decorations is a family business based in Wolverhampton. We travel to all surrounding areas such as Shropshire, Telford, Shrewsbury,Staffordshire, cannock, penkridge, Walsall,pelsall, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Bromsgrove, Solihull, Coventry e.c.t.
We specialise in lycra spandex, polycotton wrap and standard chair covers available in black, white and ivory with matching table line for hire. We offer centrepiece, (ostrch feathers, fresh and artificial flowers etc.) bay trees and wishing well hire along with balloon decorations.
Our fibre-optic wedding backdrops are available with matching cake and top table skirts made of white fabric with the lighting availble in many colours. We are able to Provide a top quality Wall and ceiling draping kit, with the possibility of transforming a simple room into a spectacular marque effect.
We will come and dress your room the evening before or the morning of your wedding and collect our hired goods the following day. Our chair covers start from just £1.95 a chair cover inclusive of organza sash

From which price can I use your services? Our spandex chair covers are available at £1.75 inclusive of organza sash and set up. Balloon decorations start from £5.00.
