Highland Occasions by Design provide a wedding venue decoration service in the Highlands, Moray, Grampian and surrounding regions of Scotland. Our services include chair cover hire, full table decorations including centrepieces, favours and stationery.
We have a great range of options including set packages for tables, including chair covers, or bespoke services for couples who want something that little bit different. We also offer linen hire.
We are a family run business based locally in Speyside and pride ourselves in providing a tailored and personal wedding venue dressing service to our customers at highly competitive prices.

From which price can I use your services? All of our prices are shown on our website. Chair covers start as low as £3 each, table packages from as little as £28 each including runners, top and cake table swags. Our centrepieces are extremely competitive from £12 per table including mirrors and scatters as standard. We also always have package deals available. Visit our website for more information.

How far in advance should I contact you? We would always advise contacting us as early as possible, especially in the busiest months. We are often taking bookings as far as two years away. However, we do sometimes have availability at very short notice, so it is worth contacting us.
