Event Management

'On the day' Event Management

• An in depth meeting prior to discuss all of your special arrangements
• Advise on timings etc to help the day run smoothly
• Confirm all arrangements with suppliers prior to the day
• Manage all suppliers on the day
• Be on hand to deal with any issues
• Ensure everything runs to time without a hitch

Full Event Planning and Management

• Plan and advise on every aspect of your special event with you
• Contact suitable venues to discuss availability and to arrange viewings
• View all venues with the clients and negotiate with venue on your behalf
• Assist with catering meeting and discuss drinks packages
• Recommend and negotiate with additional suppliers
• Arrange entertainment
• Attend supplier meetings with you, or on your behalf
• Develop an in depth 'event planner' to ensure everything runs to time
• Send Invitations and deal with RSVP's for you
• Plus full 'On the Day' Event Management
