I'm Chris Murphy and I'm a professional caricaturist, artist and pianist living in Arnside, Cumbria on the edge of the English Lake District.

I'm a caricaturist and draw commissioned caricature portraits from photos for surprise gifts. I also draw caricatures on-the-spot for weddings, parties, corporate events and exhibitions. I cover mainly Cheshire, Manchester, Liverpool, Lancashire, Yorkshire, Cumbria, the Lake District, the North and North West, but will travel to other locations.

I've been a caricaturist since the last century! My caricature style is flattering and never grotesque and people love the fantastic likenesses I get, especially the ladies who get beautiful long eyelashes and gorgeous bodies. "How good is that!" is a phrase that I hear over and over again.

I work as a roving artist, mixing and mingling with your guests,sharing a laugh and a joke as he draws at the rate of about 45 caricatures in a typical 3 hour session.

My caricatures are the perfect icebreaker and get your event off to a great start. They get your guests talking and give them a perfect memento to take home. They go down brilliantly at parties or wedding receptions and are a fantastic attraction to exhibition stands.
