Trevor is a caring, attentive, professional and committed Toastmaster who will ensure that you day is perfect in every way. Meticulous planning will be undertaken with the couple whether traditional or same sex and every wish of the couple will be cared for.

Weddings and Civil Ceremonies will be handled with care and close liaison with the Venue, Caterers, Photographer, Videographer, Entertainment and all the guests will ensure a perfect day in every way.

Trevor will tailor his services to suit your exact requirements but these also could include;

• Advise on Wedding Day etiquette, speeches, table plan and customs prior to and on the big day. Be available to the Bride and Bridegroom exclusively at all times.
• Receive and direct your guests for the reception drinks.
• Receive and escort the Bride and Bridegroom on their arrival.
• Assist the photographer as required.
• Conduct the receiving line announcing each guest by name.
• Announce the wedding breakfast and call guests to their respective tables.
• Conduct the grand entrance of the Bride and Bridegroom and escort them to their place at table.
• As required say Grace or alternately introduce the guest who will perform this duty.
• Announce and direct the cutting of the Wedding Cake.
• Introduce the Formal speeches.
• Co-ordinate the distribution of presents.
• Arrange the circulation of the guest book.
• At the close of formalities arrange for the preparation of the Banqueting Suite for the evening party.
• Announce the First Dance.
