The meaning of favours

Each wedding favour symbolises the bride's acknowledgement of each friend and relative and are a beautiful thank you and keepsake. Originally, five sugared amonds wrapped in lace or net were given to symbolise health, wealth, happiness, long life and fertility. This custom dates back to early European history but today, couples like to 'think outside the box'.
