I qualified as a fashion hair & make-up artist at the highly acclaimed London College of Fashion in 1997 with Merit+ and have since worked freelance. A small selection of what I have done is as follows:

What makes me different from other make-up artists is that I listen and advise rather than just 'take-over'. When you are looking for a make-up artist, you want the professional finish, but you also want to feel comfortable. I strongly believe in working 'with' my client, not only 'for' my client.

I am a young, trendy artist so your look will be up-to-date but also classical and glamorous. I have worked on numerous photo shoots; it's my imagination and confidence that makes me produce the creative, original looks I achieve.

Your wedding booking consists of two parts:

The trial: It is best to book your trial at a convenient time for yourself and any other members of the bridal party who will be having make-up/hair done by myself...this way it is more fun and you can bounce ideas and get opinions from one another. It is also advisable to have already selected your colour scheme and have your tiara and veil with you so that a look to compliment all these aspects of the day can be achieved. Any advice you need I am more than willing to help with. It takes approximately 40 minutes to do a trial per person, this give us time to get the perfect look and take it at a slow pace so I can also document what I am doing.

The wedding day: This will be a lot quicker than the trail because everyone knows what to expect and I already have a detailed description of exactly what make-up you will be wearing and the hair-style we have decided on. It is the time for you to sit back and relax, take in the whole ambience of the day....preferably with a nice glass of champers in your hand!!
