Sarah Brock

Qualifications include 4 makeup Artistry Diplomas (all grade A) and has trained under Daniel Sandler, one of the UK's most successful celebrity makeup artists. She is also qualified in bridal, photographic/ fashion makeup.

Known for applying makeup which looks flawless, beautiful & enhances her clients best features, Sarah first appeared in BRIDES magazine as one of the South Wests' leading makeup artists for bridal makeup in 2006 and 2007.

About Sarah

In February 2007, Sarah was chosen by Daniel Sandler to be part of his Creative Team and to head the team at the 2007 Elle Magazine Style Awards. Sarah has worked on celebrity photo shoots and toured the UK on the ghd Expert Tour as a makeup Artist and guest speaker for Daniel Sandler.

She was also a makeup artist for Daniel Sandler at London Fashion Week, 2007/2008 for Georgina Harley-Smith and for Victoria McGrane, who appeared on the BBC show 'Dragons Den'.

Sarah was then appointed by Daniel Sandler as the Director of Makeup Artistry, making her Daniel Sandlers' second in command.

In February 2008, Sarah won the National Wedding Industry Awards, and was awarded the 'Makeup Artist of the Year'. These awards recognise excellence in the wedding Industry, placing Sarah at the top of her industry. These awards were featured in BRIDES Magazine and on Wedding TV. Since then, Sarah has appeared on Wedding TV as a makeup expert and regularly works as a makeup artist for BRIDES Magazine. Sarah has selected by top Beauty Editors and Journalists to be the makeup artist for their wedding day.

In February 2009, Sarah won her biggest award - she was the winner of the Professional Beauty Awards and won the 'Makeup Specialist of the Year' award, placing her even higher in the Professional Makeup Artist Industry.

Sarah has worked with celebrities such as Laura Bailey, Nell McAndrew and Myleene Klass and has worked with top photographers Nato Welton, Roberto D'Este, Jane Mcleish-Kelsey, Chloe Paul, Ryhs Frampton and Fiona Freund. She regularly works alongside celebrity stylists, hairstylists and has worked alongside celebrity wedding dress designers including Ian Stuart, Bruce Oldfield, Jasper Conran, Jenny Packham, Amanda Wakeley, Ritva Westenius, Sassi Holdford and Amanda Wyatt.

Sarah regularly contributes to national magazines and the national press as a makeup and beauty expert.

As a makeup expert, Sarah is now the author of the Bridal Beauty Buzz blog, where brides can go online and read all about makeup hints and tips, skincare/ body care recommendations in preparation for their big day.

As a makeup artist trained by Daniel Sandler personally, Sarah knows all the top makeup tips and trade secrets. After years of working in the US & UK, Daniel has created his own range of makeup which is available in the Urban Retreat Harrods, or through Sarah, who can advise you on the right products for you and show you how to create a flawless look with your makeup, using Daniel Sandler Cosmetics.

For photographic shoots & portraits, I am also available for make-overs at the Hallmark Photographic Studio in Calne, Wiltshire.
