Photography-on-the-Hill specialises in wedding and family portraiture, with a strong emphasis on delivering a highly personal service to my clients, resulting in strong, timeless images.
My approach to your wedding photography is that of a storyteller, capturing and recording your day as it happens, right through from your preparations up until your reception.
My informal style and inconspicuous approach means I can capture relaxed moments as and when they happen.

How far in advance should I contact you? Obviously the sooner you make contact the better to ensure your date is free. However, I should I not be free on a particular date, I am always happy to recommend a number of other photographers who I would choose to use myself.

What is the charge for traveling? Since I provide a bespoke service any charges for travelling will be accounted for in the quote I provide - so what you see is what I charge, with no hidden extras.

How do you work? I approach each wedding as a storyteller, capturing the emotions of the day through a mixture of traditional shots (group shots etc) as well as a natural (photojournalistic) approach. Depending upon the size of the event, I either work alone in an unobtrusive manner, or can call upon a number of other photographers to work with me as additional shooters to create the perfect level of coverage for your wedding day.
