The wedding photographer you hire will work closely with you, your family, and your guests during one of the most important days of your life. When choosing your photographer, it’s important that you carefully consider the manner in which the photographer works, as well as the style of images and albums they are known for producing.
My approach is a mixture of photojournalism and traditional wedding portraiture. I capture the real events as they happen and create beautiful portraits to complement your story. I direct groups with confidence and fade into the background to capture those special candid moments. I feel this combination of photographic styles works perfectly to tell the story of your special day.
Within the wedding industry, the standard of photography can be highly variable. In this respect I hope my images speak for themselves. I should also point out that all the photographs in this gallery are of real weddings, none of the subjects are models. As such, the images are truly representative of the quality and style of photography you can expect from me on the day.
When it comes to the cost of wedding photography, it is tempting to consider cheaper options. For example, many people have friends who are keen amateur photographers. However, there will be no second chance to recapture those cherished moments and you won’t care how much money you saved by asking a friend to help out ten or twenty years from now.

How far in advance should I contact you? As soon as possible, but I am happy to take late bookings if I am available.

What style of photos do you take? Traditional, Artistic, Photo journalism

What is the charge for traveling? A mileage charge of 35 pence per mile is chargeable on all wedding bookings that require travel to locations that are of a distance greater than 50 miles from Thame, Oxfordshire.

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach? I do not have a rigid formula for each wedding, as each is unique. I allow the style and content of photography to develop organically in response to customer requirements and events on the day.
