Party Planner Services

We offer 3 types of packages; Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Bronze Package

• On site Event Management on the day
• Contact/ liaise with vendors 4 weeks prior to the wedding reconfirming booking details
• Visit to reception venue and liaison with venue management team
• 1 visit to see main vendor
• Sure a successful wedding.

Silver Package

This package is ideal if you already have your favourite contractors to hand. Our job is to tie all the loose ends to create your special day.

This package offers:

• Point of contact for all your contractors
• On-site event management and co-ordination on the day
• Venue visit and liaison with venue management
• 5 free visits to see main vendors
• Enjoyment of your special day

Gold Package

Ideal for the modern bride and groom who maintain a busy schedule. We believe a busy life style should not deny you the wedding of your dreams.

The package includes:

• Source all contractors and confirm all bookings
• Liaise with all the contractors on your behalf
• Arrange food and other services sampling
• Arrange meetings with main vendors to confirm your requirements
• Free venue visits
• On-site event co-ordination and management on the day
• Ensure a successful and enjoyable event

We provide additional services such as:

• Waiter service to wait on guests and clean-up after the event
• Venue decorations -chairs cover, linen hire, flowers, balloons
• Party stationery -printed menus, table no’s, place cards, order of service, menu cards, table games and more
• Security staff for event
• Discounted hotel accommodation and honeymoon search service
