Vivienne Tiger is a full service event company that provides complete design and consulting services for weddings, anniversaries and renewal of vows, corporate and private events.

Vivienne Tiger is unique in that we are specialists in the planning, coordinating and design of weddings and events for couples who want the stress taken out of planning their dream wedding. We will consult with the couple to agree the details of their big day, so their event reflects their personality and style, and turns out the way they dreamt it would be, leaving them time to sit back and enjoy their special day and focus on other aspects of their lives.

We always start with a story and build from there allowing our client’s story and concept to filter into all the details of their event. We strongly believe that no two events should be the same and aim to reflect your personality and style in your events.

Whether it is an engagement proposal, a wedding, renewal of vows, anniversary, surprise party etc, we want our client’s to enjoy every aspect of the design and planning process. Therefore we offer a host of bespoke services specifically tailored to the needs of each client. Our services include but are not limited to the following:

Creative service: We take your vision, articulate it and then transform it to reality. This includes event concept and colour consulting, storyboarding, computerised layout of your event, help with rental selection, rental management, complete day of set-up

Planning (Detailed or Partial): We are happy to do as much or as little as our client requires; This includes connecting you with vendors who not only fit your budget but your style as well as your personality, attending vendor meetings including caterer, cake, musicians, negotiate contracts, manage your event budget, floral design, hair and make-up; venue selection etc

On the day management: For our client’s that want a professional to see that their vision is implemented accordingly.
