Wedding Planning

Planning your wedding can be one of the most rewarding and exciting things you ever do, however, it can also be stressful and time-consuming. The average bride spends up to 250 hours planning her wedding, which is not ideal for those who lead busy lives.

Our aim is to give each and every couple the attention, dedication and service they deserve when planning their day. We always aim exceed your expectations to create a unique day to suit you both perfectly.

We only book one wedding per day, ensuring that you have complete exclusivity for your day and we can focus all of our attentions on you – after all, it is your day!

Packages

If you don’t see a package here that suits your exact requirements, please contact us and we will be happy to tailor make a package to give you exactly what you need. For example, for last minute weddings and renewal of vows packages are currently created on an individual basis.

Complete Co-ordination Package

If you don’t know where to start, don’t have enough time to plan your perfect day or want to just make the final decisions, this could be the package for you.

We do everything from helping you source a wedding venue, ensuring cheques are paid on time and the wedding stays on budget, co-ordinating and managing the guest list and being there on the day to make sure everything runs perfectly to organising the first night hotel!

We will work with you every step of the way and use our creative flair to design and deliver every time!

Stress Free Support Package

If you want to plan the day but are worried about the pressures on the day itself, we can offer on the day support. We will meet with you two weeks before the big day, obtain all of the contacts of your suppliers and discuss your exact requirements for the day.

We will then speak to all of your contacts, confirm dates and times and liaise with them on the big day to prevent any hiccups. We will arrive when your suppliers do and stay until the evening reception kicks off, making sure that you have no pressures and can enjoy your day without any stress!

Proposal Design Package

If you want to plan your entire wedding but don’t really know where to start, we offer a proposal design package. We will meet with you to discuss anything you do or do not want for the day. We will discuss ideas and suggestions with you then put together a complete wedding proposal.

This will include an agreed proposal on your theme, layouts and more, and we will include a list of reputable suppliers with an idea of costs and how all the ideas can fit into your budget. You can then keep this proposal to use as a base for planning your own big day. You will have a list of friendly, approachable suppliers, and will be safe in the knowledge that it can all stay in budget.

Consultation Advice Package

If you know what you want but need a little guidance along the way, our consultation advice package would be perfect for you. We offer consultations to discuss anything you need. This could include anything you need to discuss, whether it be an overview of the entire day, an opinion on swatches and how to shop around for the best deal or any area of the wedding where you are a little stuck for ideas or something is causing a little bit of stress.

This consultation will be followed with one week of email support and recommendations on how to continue with the smooth planning of you perfect day.

Supplier Search Package

You may know exactly what you want but you may not be sure where to get it. That’s where the supplier search package comes in. You tell us exactly what you are looking for – whether it be a butterfly release or a live soul band, and we will source a reputable and competitively priced supplier for you. We will speak directly with them to ensure they can deliver exactly what you need and obtain a quote for you. These details will then be passed directly to you so that you can book and organise it with the supplier.
