Based in Wakefield West Yorkshire Hanson Menswear have been in the wedding industry for over 23 years now and we enjoy every moment of it. Passionate about creating the best outfit ever for your wedding day we get to know you and your character a little before we go ahead. The suit, waistcoat etc has to suit your personality. Its no good feeling uncomfortable and wishing you had chosen a different outfit. Its for this reason that we hand make waistcoats,cravats and hankies. All our unusual materials are sourced by ourselves. If you have a different colour to the standard colours which we carry then we will find a match for you.
Suits
These are of the highest quality and design. We provide Tails, Prince Edward, Short jacket in black, grey, ivory, brown and navy. Our best seller this year is the beautiful grey silk tails or short jacket. Our package deals are competitivly priced from £89 and this includes jacket, trousers, shirt, waistcoat, cravat, hankie and cufflinks.
Waistcoats
We have over 500 in the shop for you to peruse at your leisure. Lots of colours and styles and of course we can make these up to your requirements.
Accessories
Ties, cufflinks, cravats, hankies, tie pins and shoes. Again we have different to the standard. All you need to do is ask.

Do I need to make an appointment? No

How do you work? Bloody hard!No joking aside, when you make your first appointment we allow you approx. 1 hour for you to try on as many suits,waistcoats etc. as is required. Once you have decided what you want we then place your order. We require a deposit of approx 50% at this stage. The rest of the wedding party can call in anytime to be measured up. Our fitting dates are 7-10 days before the wedding. this allows us to make any alterations well before the wedding date. If everything fits on your fitting date then you take them away. The balance is also pyable on the fitting date. GUYS BEWARE..YOU MUST NOT MISS THIS FITTING DATE AS YOU WILL BE LETTING THE REST OF THE WEDDING PARTY DOWN VERY BADLY. The suits must be returned to us on the Tuesday after the wedding. We do not trade on Mondays

Operating hours: Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm with late nights on thursdays. Sunday is by appointment only for 1st visits. 10am to 4pm.

Form of payment: Debit/credit card. We accept cheques when the order is placed but cannot accept cheques as a final payment.
