Beauty Tips For Grooms

From weddingspot.co.uk 25 07 2011 Beauty for grooms

The “fine tuning” of the bride is a fact that is more than verified. From the moment that the date is set for the wedding, a race against the clock starts to arrive at the big date looking radiant. But what about the groom?

As we explained in the article Male Grooming, the man needs a series of basic care. Similar to the bride, the groom must dedicate greater attention to his physical appearance as the date of the wedding approaches.

In this article you will find a series of tricks and tips so that the bride isn’t the only one to receive compliments.

  • Being so handsome hurts my face… shaving is the greatest affront to the male face given that it removes the first layer of skin, responsible for protecting skin against external aggressions. Furthermore, ingrown hairs are a regular problem. Get used to shaving straight out of the shower, taking advantage of the hot water having opened the pores. Use foam or gel that contains aloe vera or vitamin E.  And don’t forget to put on aftershave when you finish and a good hydrating cream.
  • Those black eyes… or green or blue.  The important thing is that there are no wrinkles or bags around the eyes. Get used to putting on cream around the contours of the eyes in the morning and at night.
  • I’ll never be bald! The excessive use of hair gel and the hairdryer can weaken hair and cause it to fall out. The most important thing is to look after the scalp, so get yourself a good shampoo for your needs (ph neutral, anti-dandruff, hair loss, etc.).
  • With the best hand forward… the exchanging of the rings is usually an obligatory photo at all weddings so it is time to face up to those rough hands and unsightly nails. Wash your hands with a neutral soap and dry them thoroughly. Put on some hand cream every night and don’t be afraid of going to a beauty salon the week before to get a good manicure done.
