If you want to show off your figure on your wedding day, it is essential to combine a diet with physical exercise.
Diet and exercise should always go hand in hand, because weight loss is always greater when combined with physical activity and furthermore, it helps us to consolidate the results.
Contrary to what a lot of people may think, you don't have to make a huge effort; walking for an hour a day or cycling to work is enough. The important thing is to be consistent and stick to training regimens.
As the gym is often boring, it is always advisable to exercise outdoors which also helps us to relax and dispel the stress that builds up over the week. Here is a set of simple exercises that will help you to achieve an enviable shape for your wedding day.

- Firm up and lose weight from your tummy. To achieve a trim tummy, it is best to combine abdominal and aerobic cardiovascular exercises, like doing steps for example, which will stimulate fat loss in that area.
- Tone up your bottom. The famous "squats" are our best ally to achieve a firm and cellulite-free bottom. Do a set a day and see the great results. How?
- Stand with your feet apart.
- Breathe in while you bend your knees and slowly lower your body as if you were going to sit down.
- When you get to the lowest position, begin to come up, breathing out. Once up, start the exercise again.
- Strengthen your arms and legs. If you want to build some muscle on your legs in a fun way, we suggest running on the beach, or if that's not possible, run quickly up and down stairs (don't forget to warm up beforehand). For the arms, team sports such as basketball or volleyball will make you forget the routine and you will have some fun whilst getting fit.
