The Villa has several rooms for you to celebrate your big day in for up to 250 guests. The Hall holds 80 of your family and friends and the Brettargh Room can accommodate 64 people for your wedding breakfast or 42 for a more intimate ceremony. The Pavilion is the perfect space for larger parties and boasts twinkling and coloured lights to help set the mood for your spectacular celebration.

Designed in 1871 by Joseph Bintley, the estate was later made into a home for single mothers in 1946 by the Sisters of the Sacred Heart. The Salesian Sisters of St John Bosco bought the property in 1968 to hold retreats for youth groups. In 2014, Simon Rigby and Stewart and Debbie McIntosh bought the building to make it the premier wedding venue in South Lakes.
