Mr Delicious Hog Roasts is based in Brighton and it has worked with many brides and grooms turning their wedding feast into a gastronomic experience for each one of their guests. As it's slowly cooked for about 12 hours, the team prefers to cook everything off-site and let the guests experience the last stage of roasting for about an hour or two.
